The Salon du Chocolat, organized every year at the end of October in Paris, is a must-attend event for all chocolate enthusiasts. This salon offers numerous gourmet activities and showcases chocolate in all its forms.

Chocolate in all its forms

The Salon du Chocolat, which has been organized in Paris since 1994, is one of the most gourmet events of the year.

Some 400 professional, industrial and artisan exhibitors introduce the public to Chocolate in all its forms and states.
From chocolate bars to filled chocolates, including chocolate-based cosmetics and chocolate dresses, nothing has been forgotten to delight cocoa lovers.

Today, this salon also exports itself to the four corners of the world with editions in Moscow, Shanghai, New York, and Tokyo.

Edition 2023

The Chocolate Show Salon du Chocolat is held in Paris, Porte de Versailles from October 28th to November 1st, 2023.

Nearly 600 participants will be present on 20,000 m2 of exhibition space: 220 chocolate makers, pastry chefs, and confectioners, alongside the greatest chefs, pastry chefs, and cocoa experts...

Come meet the chocolate artisans, taste their creations without moderation, and attend the chefs' demonstrations!

Visitors will be able to enjoy numerous cocoa-related activities, such as the traditional chocolate dress parade!

Opening hours
The Salon is open every day from 10am to 7pm.
The BtoB village will only be open from October 28th to 30th.
