4 frozen white fish fillets (such as hake or haddock)
2 celery stalks
1 red apple
juice of half a lemon
2 tablespoons of olive oil
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon of ground ginger
salt

Preparation of the filling.

1- Wash the celery stalks. Set aside about ten celery leaves for later in the recipe.

2- Peel the stalks using a paring knife to remove the strings, then cut them into small pieces.

1- In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice with olive oil.
