Ingredients
- - 12 scallops with their corals
- - 250 g of fresh Paris mushrooms
- - 3 finely chopped shallots
- - 70 g of grated Comté cheese for flavor
- - 30 g of soft butter
- - 5 cl of thick cream
- - 1 tablespoon of cognac
- - 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- - Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Place the scallops in 4 oven-safe ramekins.
2. Finely slice the shallots and mushrooms.
3. Melt the butter in a pan, then add the mushrooms and shallots to cook them down.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. When the mixture is tender, add the cognac, cream, parsley, and half of the grated cheese.
6. Stir everything together, then distribute this mixture into the ramekins.
7. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake to gratin for 10 minutes at 210°C (thermostat 7).
