With this photographic event entitled Portraits, the city of Vichy aims to become a reference in the field.

This summer event, exclusively dedicated to the art of portraiture, offers the public the opportunity to discover several free exhibitions.

Various approaches and photographic practices are represented: portraits of celebrities or anonymous individuals, documents or fiction. Thanks to the different invited photographers, this festival demonstrates that "portraiture is thousands of ways of seeing people".

Edition 2023 translates to "2023 Edition" in English.

For this edition on the theme "The Mechanics of Bodies," the Portraits festival presents the work of contemporary artists, including Erwin Olaf, Jacques Sonck, Gilles Leimdorfer, Letizia Le Fur, and Stéphane Lavoué. Stars of Agent, a collective exhibition of 12 artists from Lambert Lambert, features Charlotte Krieger, Benni Valsson, Laura Pelissier, Eva Wang, Valentin Abad, Charles Negre, Korner Union, Sophie Van der Perre, Lilian Hardouineau, Kourtney Roy, Marine Armandin, and Vincent Fournier.
