Ingredients

  • - 4 crepes, either wheat or buckwheat
  • - 6 slices of smoked salmon, cut into strips
  • - 1 bunch of fresh chives, chopped
  • - 1 jar of thick cream
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • - 4 sprigs of chives, for decoration

Preparation


1. Either make your own crepes or use store-bought crepes, depending on your time.

2. Cut the salmon into thin strips; they should be delicate.

3. Chop the chives and mix them with three quarters of the jar of cream, adding a little salt and pepper to taste to enhance the flavor.

4. Place a generous tablespoon of salmon in the center of each crepe, then add a spoonful of cream.

5. Gently close the crepe to form a parcel, using a sprig of chives to hold it all together.

6. Heat the remaining cream and chives gently, just to warm up.

7. At the moment of serving, place the parcels on a bed of mesclun, then drizzle them with a stream of warm cream before enjoying.
