- - 25 g of unsalted butter
- - 1 teaspoon of liquid honey
- - 2 teaspoons of raspberry vinegar
Preparation
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, meanwhile rinse the figs and cut them in half without peeling. Add them to the hot saucepan.
2. Gently sauté the figs and the butter for about 15 to 20 minutes, seasoning with a little salt and pepper to your taste.
3. Then incorporate the honey and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Finally, deglaze everything with the raspberry vinegar.
