Ingredients

  • - 4 salmon fillets
  • - Julienned mixed vegetables (celery, carrots, zucchini)
  • - 30 g of butter
  • - 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • - The juice of one fresh lemon

Preparation


1. Place the salmon fillets on a sheet of aluminum foil, seasoning them with lemon juice, salt, and pepper, to taste.
