Ingredients
- - 1 puff pastry
- - 2 slices of cooked ham
- - 100 g of grated Gruyère cheese

- - 1 egg yolk
Preparation
1. Roll out and smooth the puff pastry on a baking sheet that you have previously buttered.
2. On one half of the pastry, place the two slices of cooked ham.
