Ingredients
- - 1 kg of pork ribs
- - 100 ml of tomato puree
- - 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- - 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
- - 1 tablespoon of mustard
- - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- - 1 tablespoon of sugar or honey
- - salt, pepper to taste
- - a pinch of cayenne pepper
Preparation
1. Cut the pork ribs into four pieces.
2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients to create a marinade. Then, let the meat soak in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6). Drain the pork ribs and place them on a baking tray or directly on the barbecue.
