Ingredients

  • - 2 rolls of puff pastry (round or rectangular. Personally, I opted for round pastry, but the choice is yours! ;-)
  • - About 20 slices of cheese for croque
  • - monsieur

Preparation

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).

2. Roll out the puff pastry on your work surface, then cut the slices of cheese for croque-monsieur in half and arrange them on the pastry.

3. Once the pastry is topped with cheese, cut around them and roll them up carefully. Press the edges to seal them well before placing them in the oven.

4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
