- Preparation time: 20 min
- Cooking time: environ 1 mn par ravioli
- Servings: for 1 pack of Asian dumpling wrappers (approximately 40 dumplings)
- Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients
- - 1 pack of dumpling wrappers (available in Asian stores)
- - 300 g ground meat: pork or beef, according to your taste
- - 1 finely chopped onion
- - a few rehydrated and chopped black mushrooms
- - a little fresh ginger
- - shrimp optional (in this case, reduce the amount of meat)
Preparation
1. In a mixing bowl, carefully combine all the ingredients (except the dumpling wrappers, of course).
2. Take a dumpling wrapper (be careful, they are very fragile) and place about a teaspoon of the filling in the center. Twist the top of the dumpling, folding the edges to form a candy shape.
3. Repeat this step for each dumpling (make sure not to overfill, otherwise the wrapper might tear).
4. Fry 3 or 4 dumplings at a time in a hot oil bath and place them on paper towels once fried.
