Ingredients
- - 1 spaghetti squash
- - 1 nice knob of butter
- - A good handful of fresh parmesan

Preparation
1. With a sharp knife, poke the squash in several places (be careful, you need to go right to the heart of this tough squash!).
2. Place it in a microwave-safe dish and cook in 10-minute intervals at 850 watts, turning it each time, until it is soft to the touch.
3. Once hot (be careful, it’s very hot!), cut the squash in half lengthwise, then using a tablespoon, scoop out the seeds and the dark flesh in the center.

5. Place the flesh in a serving dish, incorporate the butter, a bit of salt, and generously add pepper.
