Ingredients
- - 4 large potatoes
- - 100 g of creamy Roquefort
- - 80 g of flavorful grated Gruyère
- - 10 cl of thick crème fraîche
Preparation
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (thermostat 6/7).
2. Wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil, then place them in the oven for 1 hour.
3. Once they are cooked, cut them in half and carefully scoop out the insides, taking care not to damage the skins.
4. Mash the potato flesh incorporating the Roquefort and Gruyère until achieving a homogeneous mixture.
5. Fill the scooped-out skins with this mixture, then place them in a dish before baking again for 20 minutes.
