Ingredients

  • - 12 scallops
  • - 200 g of peeled shrimp
  • - 1 liter of mussels
  • - 6 or 12 pieces of monkfish according to size
  • - 1/2 can of lobster bisque
  • - 2 tablespoons of cream
  • - paprika to taste
  • - salt and pepper to your liking

Preparation

1. In a well-seasoned court-bouillon, poach the scallops, then add the monkfish to cook for about 10 minutes.
2. Transfer everything to a gratin dish and reserve the court-bouillon.
3. Open the mussels and remove them from their shells.
4. Strain the mussel juice to incorporate it into the court-bouillon.
5. Then prepare a roux by mixing butter, flour, and the court-bouillon, then season to your taste.
6. Stir in the lobster bisque and cream into this mixture.
7. Arrange the mussels and shrimp in the gratin dish, then pour the prepared sauce over them.
8. Bake the gratin for 10 minutes to nicely brown the top.
9. Serve with rice for a complete dish.
