  • - 4 pork chops
  • - 500 g of potatoes
  • - 2 onions
  • - 2 cloves of garlic
  • - 100 g of crème fraîche
  • - 250 ml of beef broth
  • - thyme, parsley
  • - 2 tablespoons of lard (or olive oil for a lighter version)

Preparation

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (thermostat 6/7).

2. Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into thin slices.
3. Peel the onions and slice them into rings.
4. In a dish, alternate layers of potatoes and onions. Season with salt and pepper, then incorporate the lard or olive oil.
