Ingredients

  • - one sea bream weighing about 800 g
  • - 15 shallots
  • - 200 g of button mushrooms
  • - one glass of white wine
  • - a bunch of finely chopped parsley
  • - a few knobs of butter
  • - breadcrumbs
  • - salt and pepper to taste

Preparation


1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).

2. Clean the sea bream thoroughly, rolling it in a mixture of salt and pepper, then place it in a buttered baking dish.

3. Peel the shallots and prepare the mushrooms by washing and slicing them; arrange them in the dish around the sea bream, including the whole peeled shallots.

4. Drizzle everything with white wine, remembering to season with salt and pepper.

5. Wash and chop the parsley, and sprinkle it over the sea bream and the mushrooms.

6. Add knobs of butter along the sea bream, then bake in the hot oven for 20 minutes.

7. Once out of the oven, cover the sea bream with breadcrumbs mixed with knobs of butter, then broil for 5 minutes.
