- - 1 kg of Saint
- - Moret cheese
- - 2 fresh eggs
- - 250 g of powdered sugar
- - 1 juicy lemon
- - 2 teaspoons of ground ginger
- - 30 g of unsalted butter
- - 1 package of unsweetened salty crackers
Preparation
1. First, prepare a 22 cm diameter cake pan with a removable bottom.
2. Squeeze the juice from the lemon, making sure not to leave any seeds.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Saint-Moret with the eggs, sugar, ground ginger, and lemon juice.
Whisk everything together for about 3 minutes until you get a smooth texture.
4. Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 125°C.
