Nicephore + : The Photography Festival Of Clermont

Nicephore + is a photography festival organized by the association Sténopé, with the support of the city of Clermont. On the occasion of this international festival of photography, several free exhibitions are presented in different places of Clermont-Ferrand.

Presentation of Nicephore +

Nicephore +, the Clermont Photography Festival, has been organized for more than ten years by the Sténopé association with the support of the City of Clermont.

The Sténopé association was created in 2000 by a group of image lovers. In order to promote photography to a large public, it contributes to various events around the still image.

The Clermont festival is one of these events not to be missed. During three weeks, many exhibitions take place in the city and invite you to discover original views on a different theme each year.

Edition 2022

The 2022 edition of Nicephore + honors contemporary photographers.

This year, the Clermont International Photography Festival explores the theme of The Fragmented Body and presents the work of great contemporary signatures through these exhibitions.

Exhibits include: Julien Vallon, Elisabeth Prouvost, Véronique Evrard, Chloé Risser ...
