Grasse, the capital of flowers and perfumes, particularly celebrates the local flower, jasmine, renowned for its intoxicating fragrance.
The Jasmine Festival, organized since 1948, is a tradition that marks the beginning of jasmine picking. This flower, which is part of the local history, is still cultivated in the Grasse region today.
During these festivities, flowers and decorated carriages are of course highlighted! But this event is also a popular celebration with musical performances, fireworks, and workshops for children. In short, it's an opportunity for a pleasant family outing!
This year, the Jasmine Festival will take place from August 1st to August 3rd, 2025.
Friday, August 1st – Festive evening and fireworks
Join us at Cours Honoré Cresp starting at 7 pm for a mesmerizing dance evening with DJ Fred Rebuffo, swirling in jasmine-scented bubbles.

Saturday, August 2nd – Flower parade and free entertainment
The day starts with the flower market at Place aux Aires from 8 am to 1 pm.
In the afternoon, musicians, acrobats, and dancers will animate the streets of the historic center from 3 pm to 7 pm.
Starting at 9 pm, experience the highlight of the festival: the flower parade with its decorated floats, the flower battle, and a magical atmosphere under the scented water jets of the firefighters.
Sunday, August 3rd – Day of Provençal flavors
