The Rose Days: A Floral Exhibition At The Abbey Of Chaalis In Oise.

In June, rose lovers meet at the Abbey of Chaalis in Oise for the Days of the Rose. These three days of festivities and various activities are entirely dedicated to the queen of flowers.

"The rose in all its states"

The "Rose Days" have been organized since 2001 in the enchanting setting of the Chaalis Abbey in Oise. Each edition attracts around 20,000 lovers of this flower.

If you are passionate about gardening in general and roses in particular, numerous specialized exhibitors await you every second weekend of June to celebrate the queen of flowers.

This floral exhibition brings together horticulturists, nurserymen, rose growers, artists, and artisans from all over France and Belgium to share their passion for roses.

It is punctuated by multiple activities for young and old, such as conferences and demonstrations of rose water distillation, rose pruning, and making rose bouquets...

"Edition 2023" se traduit en anglais par "2023 edition".

The Rose Days will take place on June 9th, 10th, and 11th, 2023 on the theme "The Rose and Photography."

Every year, more than 150 exhibitors from different regions of France come together in Chaalis to showcase their professions, offer advice, and share their passion with a faithful and enthusiastic audience of visitors, whether they are amateurs, professionals, or simply curious. The Rose Days are an opportunity to discover the diversity, uses, and celebrations of the queen of flowers.

Each edition is supported by a personality representative of a specific field. For example, Hélène Carrère d'Encausse is associated with literature, Stéphane Bern with heritage, Catherine Meurisse with comics, and Arielle Dombasle with perfume. This year, Nikos Aliagas is the godfather of the Rose Days, and he will bring his presence and versatile artistic sensitivity to honor this event.
