100 g of tapenade or olive paste.
One teaspoon of Herbes de Provence.

The preparation of this olive cake is very simple and quick. First, prepare the dry ingredients on one side and the liquid ingredients on the other.

1- Mix the flour and baking powder in a large bowl, then make a well.

2- In another bowl, beat the eggs with the olive oil and milk.

3- Cut the pitted olives into small pieces and set aside.
